• Christopher Peatross
    President & Chief Executive Officer
    Prior to forming Swift Real Estate Partners, Christopher served as President and CEO of Carr, Trizec & Equity Office Properties, managing all aspects of Blackstone’s office real estate portfolio encompassing 55 million square feet. He guided the strategic investments and had operational participation in the public-to-private transactions of CarrAmerica, Trizec, and Equity Office Properties. Before joining Equity Office, Christopher served as the Northern California Market Managing Director at CarrAmerica Realty Corporation for over six years.

    Christopher holds a Quantitative Economics degree from Stanford University.
  • Vivi Wirjadisastra
    Controller
    Prior to Swift, Vivi spent over 10 years with AMB where she progressed from Financial Manager to Property Accounting Manager and ultimately to Controller. When ProLogis merged with AMB, she transitioned from in-house accounting to third-party in order to oversee the transition. In addition to her roles at AMB, Vivi also worked for three years at Spieker Properties.

    Vivi earned her bachelor’s degree in Economics & Management from Tarumanagara University in Jakarta, Indonesia and her MBA in Finance from California State University at Hayward.
  • W. Alan Walker, CFA
    Vice President
    Previously, Alan was a Vice President with the John Buck Company (“JBC”), a vertically integrated real estate firm based in Chicago. While with JBC and also previously with Deutsche Bank’s Real Estate Opportunity Funds in San Francisco, Alan was responsible for acquisitions, capital markets, and asset management. His experience includes nearly $2.5 billion in real estate specific transactions and projects over the course of his ten-year career in real estate and institutional investment management. Prior to Deutsche Bank, Alan worked at Goldman Sachs & Co. in New York City and at Brown University’s Investment Office in Providence, RI.

    Alan holds a degree in International Trade from Brown University and an MBA from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth College. He is a member of the CFA Institute and is a holder of the Chartered Financial Analyst designation.
  • Douglas D. Abbey
    Chairman
    Mr. Abbey is Chairman of the Investment Committee and responsible for the firm's portfolio management activities. He co-founded AMB Property Corporation (merged with Prologis in 2011) formed in 1983 and IHP Capital Partners in 1992. He has over 35 years experience in all phases of real estate investment. He is a trustee of the Urban Land Institute and since 2005 has taught the real estate class at the Stanford Graduate School of Business. Mr. Abbey has a BA from Amherst College and an MCP from UC Berkeley. He is on the Board of Bridge Housing Corporation, a non-profit developer of affordable housing.
  • Craig Firpo
    Vice President
    Prior to joining Swift, Craig served as Vice President of Asset Management for 10 years for the Northern California portfolio at Equity Office and CarrAmerica Realty Corporation. Before joining EOP/CarrAmerica, Craig worked for Spieker Properties and Pacific Gas and Electric Company in property management and corporate real estate. In total, Craig brings over 20 years of real estate experience to Swift.

    Craig holds an MBA from UC Berkeley's Haas School of Business.
  • Tamara Tanner
    Director of Human Resources & Corporate Administrator
    Prior to joining Swift, Tamara served for two years as the Director of Operations and Recruiting for EASearch, a retained search firm. Before joining EASearch, she served for 15-years at CarrAmerica Realty Corporation as the West Coast Senior Human Resources Generalist, in addition to serving five years as the Executive Assistant to CEO Thomas Carr in Washington, D.C. In addition to human resources and executive support, Tamara has an extensive background in project management.

    Tamara attended the University of Maryland, College Park majoring in Humanities and holds the Professional Human Resources Certification from the Society for Human Resource Management as a Senior Human Resources Generalist.

    Project Director
    Prior to joining Swift, Nate served for three years as a Senior Financial Analyst in the National Asset Management Group at Equity Office Properties. Before joining EOP, Nate worked for O’Brien Homes, Spieker Properties and AvalonBay in finance and accounting. In total, Nate brings over 12 years of real estate experience to Swift.
  • Willard Lund
    Vice President
    Prior to joining Swift, Will served as the Vice President of Asset Management at Interland Corporation where he was responsible for directing the Northern California leasing and operational performance of the company’s Class A office high-rise and suburban properties. Will brings over 15 years of asset and property management experience in commercial real estate to Swift. Prior to Willard’s real estate career, he served five years in the U.S. Army as an armor and logistics officer.

    Will holds a Mathematics and Statistics degree from Miami University.
