2710 & 2790 WALSH AVENUE, 928 & 930 ARQUES

The Central Corridor portfolio was comprised of seven buildings of Office R&D totaling 334,024 square feet located along the Central Expressway Corridor spanning from Santa Clara to Sunnyvale. A key Silicon Valley thoroughfare, the corridor provided quick access to Highway 101 and was home to prominent users including Applied Materials, Texas Instruments and Qualcomm. Swift’s sum-of-parts strategy made this asset a high-performing investment. Swift acquired the portfolio at 100% occupied, divided the portfolio and sold buildings to smaller owners. The Arques building was sold in December 2016, the Bowers building sold in February 2017 and Walsh sold in August 2017.
