Purchased in May of 2011, 2121 is a 12 story office complex ideally located at the intersection of highway 101 and 92 with adjacency to CalTrain. This was a "B" quality asset in an "A" location. Swift was able to reposition the asset by initiating a market-ready program, rehabilitating the gym, management office and common areas. The asset was sold in December of 2013.
