101 Utah is a 72,000 square foot PDR (Production, Distribution, Repair) building located in San Francisco’s Showplace Square District. The building offers prominent freeway visibility and billboard signage – three sides of the asset, and the billboard, can be seen by US-101 offering tenants significant identity. Additionally, the asset’s long term leased billboard signage adds significant value to the property. The building also offers tenants exclusive and secured parking, a rarity for its location. 101 Utah was originally built as a storage warehouse in 1957.
