1500 Plaza is a Class “B” project located in Portland, Oregon’s Lloyd District. The 5-story office building was designed by famed architects Skidmore, Owings and Merrill. Prior to selling the asset in December 2016, Swift performed numerous enhancements to the project including converting traditional office space to creative space and upgrading the building’s restroom facilities.
