811 @ The Waterfront is a project fronting the Willamette River in the Portland CBD that was purchased in 2014 and sold in 2015. Swift renovated both the interior and exterior in order to increase the building quality and image within the marketplace. This included new branding, signage, a new gym and secure indoor bike storage facility, updated lobby, and new interior tenant suites.
