901 Campus is a 65,000 square foot medical office building located in Daly City, CA. Swift purchased the asset off market in October 2014 from 22 doctors. The project was completely repositioned through minor, strategic capital investments and active asset and property management. Swift secured Palo Alto Medical Foundation as an anchor tenant and renewed and expanded two other anchor tenants. The property was sold in the summer of 2018.
