Bellevue Terrace is an office building located at the West end of the Eastside’s I-90 Corridor submarket. The three-story, multi-tenant building provides excellent I-90 visibility and highly desirable, building-top tenant signage. Swift upgraded the asset through lobby updates and an extensive exterior landscape project. These improvements transformed the asset to cater to small and mid-sized tenants in a submarket comprised primarily of large users.
