Concord Tech Center is an approximately 1,000,000 square foot, class “A” office campus with a four story parking garage located in Concord, CA. Swift Plaza benefits from its location adjacent to Bart and within two blocks of the vibrant and transforming Concord town square, which offers tenants a number of retail and restaurant options. Swift purchased the campus in an off-market sale lease-back transaction with Bank of America in 2011. Swift sold two of the buildings shortly after acquisition and completely repositioned the remaining two office buildings into attractive multi-tenant properties.
