The Portland Old Town II portfolio consists of three historic office properties; The Merchant Hotel, Captain Couch and Norton House. Each building contains office space above ground floor retail and is located in Portland’s emerging Old Town submarket. Prior to selling this portfolio in December 2017, Swift completed various capital improvement projects including a seismic upgrade at Merchant Hotel.
