The project consists of two Class A buildings developed in 1999 for AT&T who still occupies a majority of the asset. Since acquisition in 2016, Swift has successfully completed its repositioning scope, including a new lobby, upgraded elevator cab finishes and improvements to outdoor collaborative space. Swift executed a comprehensive leasing plan that included retaining and expanding one of the two anchor tenants and adding strong credit tenants to bring the project to 100% occupancy.

Tanneh is a NorCal native and after 13 years of experience in Retail Management, she pivoted her career to CRE where she joined Swift in July of 2019 as a Property Administrator of Rosewood Commons. While working at Swift, she’s assisted in managing multiple assets in the Silicon Valley and South Bay areas, which lead to her advancement to a Assistant Property Manager in 2022. Tanneh has continued to evolve in her management role by overseeing the daily operations, ensuring tenant satisfaction, and maintaining the property’s value in 2025 as Property Manager at Swift.
